Fewer and fewer people are buying newspapers. 

Local county and city pages get even less attention.

Among the ones that still exist, you see seemingly unimportant local news reports 

that are actually closely tied to the lives of local people. 

News reports that can’t be conveyed in writing have begun using collections of photographs using

unfamiliar perspectives to create a sense of familiarity, slowly entering 

and assimilating into the scene.
